Meet the Team

Our company may be new in the community, but we have been working as a team in the industry for quite some time. Recently, we decided it was time to spread our wings, go out on our own and bring the business into the hands of the people who do the work to make the magic happen.

We have been working in the property management industry in Northern BC for 25 years and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. We are active members of Landlord BC and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.

We understand the needs of clients and tenant alike in the BC Peace Region. Our team has always been available outside of regular office hours to accommodate alternate scheduling for viewings, maintenance issues, client communication, etc.

Erin has been working in the Property Management industry for more than 25 years in Northern BC and Alberta managing various types of properties.

Having lived in Fort St. John nearly all of her life she is familiar with our community and knows the ins and outs of our local market. Erin provides professional real estate services to a number of communities in Northern BC and will go above and beyond to help you find the perfect home.

Rosie O’Donnell Property Management Assistant / Maintenance Coordinator

Rosie joined our team in 2019 and has quickly become a valuable addition to our KARE family.

Rosie oversees all maintenance issues and coordinates staff and vendors to get things done in a timely manner. She handles property inspections and oversees the same for outside communities. Rosie leads the way with corporate contacts needing specified housing, as well as vendor relations. Rosie will treat your property and your pocketbook as if it were her own and will go above and beyond to help find a suitable solution in any situation we may run into.
