  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    UNFORTUNATELY, NO. YOU MUST HAVE AN APPROVED APPLICATION AND A FULLY PAID SECURITY DEPOSIT TO HOLD A PROPERTY UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 2 WEEKS (some restrictions may apply).
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    NO. A SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE THE PROPERTY AND IS HELD IN TRUST FOR THE DURATION OF THE TENANCY. RENT, PET DEPOSIT OR ANY OTHER REQUIRED FUNDS WILL NEED TO BE PAID BEFORE THE POSSESSION DATE.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    YOU MUST BE 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE AS LONG AS YOUR TENANCY IS FULFILLED AND THE UNIT IS RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS GIVEN TO YOU ON THE DAY OF POSSESSION.

  • How do I pay rent?

    WE OFFER A NUMBER OF PAYMENT METHODS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. CASH, CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER, DEBIT, PRE AUTHORIZED WITHDRAWL OR E TRANSFER.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    PLEASE BE SURE YOU LIVE IN A PROPERTY THAT ACCEPTS PETS. ANY PET WILL NEED TO BE APPROVED THROUGH THE OFFICE AND A PET DEPOSIT WILL NEED TO BE PAID BEFORE A PET CAN BE BROUGHT INTO THE UNIT.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE 30-DAYS NOTICE ON OR BEFORE THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH FOR THE LAST DAY OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
