    YOU CAN REACH US THROUGH YOUR PORTAL, FACEBOOK OR TEXT AT ANYTIME. IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, YOU WILL ALWAYS BE ABLE TO REACH US THROUGH THE EMERGENCY LINE.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    YES, DIRECT DEPOSIT IS ONE OF THE PAYMENT OPTIONS WE PROVIDE ALONG WITH CHEQUE & E TRANSFER.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    GENERALLY THE PROPERTY MANAGER WILL SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS ON YOUR BEHALF UNLESS THE LEASE IS APPROVED FOR MORE THAN 12 MONTHS. ANY TERM LONGER THAN 12 MONTHS WILL REQUIRE THE PROPERTY OWNER’S SIGNATURE. LEASES AND OTHER DOCUMENTS ARE AVAILABLE TO VIEW IN YOUR OWNER PORTAL.

    WE ARE SOLELY FOCUSED ON RENTAL AND STRATA MANAGEMENT AT THIS TIME.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    INCOME IS PROVIDED BY THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH THROUGH THE PAYMENT METHOD OF YOUR CHOOSING.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    RENT IS DUE ON OF BEFORE THE 1ST DAY OF EACH MONTH AND HELD IN TRUST TO PAY ANY INCOMING EXPENSES AND UNTIL INCOME PAYOUT DAYS.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    LEASE TERMS WILL BE DISCUSSED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS DEPENDING ON THE PROPERTY OWNER’S NEEDS.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE DEPOSIT IS AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO HALF OF 1 MONTHS RENT. ADDITIONALLY, A PET DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR ANY PETS ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY.

    PROPERTY OWNERS CAN SIGN INTO THEIR TENANT PORTAL AT ANY TIME TO SEE REPORTING IN REAL TIME. YOU MAY VIEW A RANGE OF DIFFERENT REPORTS. REPORTING PERIODS ARE CLOSED AT THE END OF EACH MONTH.

    KARE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP WILL HOLD THE TENANT DEPOSIT IN TRUST FOR THE DURATION OF THE TENANCY.
